I like to make things working mom friendly (remember, I'm a Full-Time working mom). This is no exception! I threw this together in the blender, before work, in MAYBE five minutes! Super easy! I'll definitely add this in to our morning routine when school starts back in a few months. My daughter loves strawberry smoothies, but it's not on our route to school to hit our favorite coffee bar on the other side of town (yes, we order smoothies at a coffee bar! HA HA HA!). In this order, add the following to your blender:
-1 cup of low fat milk
-1(5.4 oz) container of strawberry greek yogurt -1 frozen banana (cut in chunks)
-1 1/2 cups of frozen strawberries
Blend to your desired consistency and add to your favorite cup! Enjoy!
