Taco Tuesday is a B I G deal in our house! I'm talking, my family will call me out if I don't make taco's on Tuesday, kind of big deal.
I thought this would be a great way to still kind of give them their tacos, but change it up a bit!
Super easy!! Maybe 10 minutes (if that) to make this meal!
Ingredients/Instructions:
Brown some ground beef (or turkey if you like); drain the fat once it's done.
Add in a packet of taco seasoning (adjust the quantity if you're using more than 1 - 1 1/2 lbs of meat) and 2/3 cup of water; cook until thickened.
Next, warm up some refried beans & some Rico's nacho cheese sauce.
Get ready to assemble in this order: a layer of tortilla chips, a layer of refried beans, a layer of meat, a generous drizzle of Rico's cheese (you can stop here if you like) and whatever other toppings you like. *I add sour cream to mine, the boys in my house stopped at the cheese
ENJOY!!
